🕒Processing Times

Personalised items (e.g., with custom names): Please allow 3–5 business days before shipping
📬Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery takes 2–3 business days via NZ Post

🔍Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
🛠️Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your item is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we’ll assist in submitting a claim with NZ Post:

For damage or missing contents, contact NZ Post within 10 days of delivery

For non-delivery, claims must be made within 21 days of dispatch
You may need to provide:

Proof of purchase or value

Original packaging and contents (if possible)
📌 Important: NZ Post’s compensation is limited and based on the item’s cost price or repair value, not retail value. Full reimbursement may not be guaranteed, especially for handmade or custom products.
🔁Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Failure to collect

Unclaimed deliveries
We will contact you to arrange either:

Resending the parcel (shipping cost applies), or

A refund for non-personalised items, excluding the original shipping fee
📌 Personalised/custom items are non-refundable.
🚫Returns & Refunds Policy
Because each item is handmade and often personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Please ensure all details—especially spelling for custom names—are correct when placing your order.
If there is an issue with your item (e.g. it arrives damaged or incorrect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.
📌 All personalised and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
